Many are ignorant about the meaning of the swastika itself. People usually correlate it with Nazi Germany which gives a bad connotation.
But the Swastika is not a symbol that represents that.
The symbol has existed back since ancient civilizations were around. For example: Greeks, Egyptians,…
Not entirely true. Buddhists, Hindus, etc, DON’T differentiate. To them a swastika is a swastika and sometimes it right-facing and tilted.
Google photos, and you will see them plain as day.
Native Americans and American cowboys also sported the swastika, and natives still see it as a sacred symbol. cowboys wore swastikas on spurs, vests, saddles, guns, holsters, etc.
America also used the swastika in advertisements, jewelry, signs, and such. Arizona had swastikas on highway signs.
Natives usually wore swastikas tilted.
Positive swastikas are all in context, and not design.
In 1800, no one said “tilted means Nazi!”
